Took my truck in to get recalls and alignment done, was told several different stories that it could be done without issue as I have had trouble getting it done because Dodge welded the drag link. Been going there for maintenance on my trucks for over twenty years. Great service, friendly and professional staff.

Reps are good, but a couple of times, they were too busy to answer the phone. I waited for the service to be completed, and the wait time was appropriate for the work. Meaning, they honored the scheduled appointment time. No issues with the work that was completed.

Good service. Helpful at the counter. Could have been better about keeping me updated on progress and when my vehicle would be ready for pick up.

I was satisfied with the service provided. I don’t know what 5 stars would look like so I it’s hard to give, but I’m happy with my Durango. They found some issues that needed serviced and gave me the quote. They also helped discover things that would be an issue in the future which was helpful. It looks like they even washed my car which is a definite plus. I try to go there at least once a year to make sure someone qualified with my brand of vehicle is looking over it.

Took time to get parts. Other than that they we're great. Got the work done in a timely manner!

Appointment was to troubleshoot/repair a clicking noise apparently from driver side front wheel well. No apparent mechanical problem...suspect noise was coming from transmission. Did a "re-learn" process on transmission. Noise no longer present.

Service department is a scam, went in for a free oil change on my 2022 ram 2500, needed fuel filters changed at the same time. Was quoted $169.99 signed the estimate they came back once the service was done and tried to charge me over $500 dollars. Saying their estimate doesn’t include parts. I will never get anything done at this place again and will actively tell people to stay away they will scam you.

I bought a new '23 Ram Laramie from Rainier Dodge of Olympia last Tuesday. The salesman really pumped up the towing ability. When I took it to get the parts to tow, no one recoginized bracket that was supplied with the truck. Come to find out that the truck was not outfitted with a hitch capable of towing standard style trailer. When I discuss this with the manager after a parts employee figured out the incorect hitch was outfited on the truck, they refused to even discuss this issue with me. Also advised me that there was only one technician and that it would take longer than usual. I appreciated that. Also appreciated service advisor, Ellen, telling me to have tires rotated before returning to Arizona. Would not hesitate to return for any needed service.

.The purchase process was good but when I went in for service was lied to for months saying I would get a key fob replaced under warranty when they got them back in stock. Kept calling and finally went in to get one and they said my warranty expired after 1 year even though I requested the replacement after 9 months but was put off for months.

Service department was knowledgeable and friendly. The status of service using mobile app was great.

Second vehicle I took for service at Rainier was a RAM 1500. This vehicle was having an automatic transmission issue (slipping and not shifting properly). I brought the Ram in with an appointment. After several hours in the shop and a road test, they came back with a list of problems. I have taken two vehicles to Rainier Dodge for service. They preformed poorly on both. One was a Jeep for an oil use recall issue. In this case the oil level was a little low on the first inspection. They refused to top it off and said they would need to do an oil change at $100+. I took it home an topped it off with about a pint of oil. They got me in early for my appointment. Did all required maintenance and talk to me prior to changing out the cabin air filter. Seems like they do a good job wash my car and got a back promptly.

Called and got right in for Ram service. Prompt, professional, detailed. Gave me any pending recalls. In and out quickly.

Picked up my car with a leak and a dent had neither when dropped off My guess is the mechanic trying to get water pump off messed up the shaft but doesn't want to take responsibility so now my car stinks of radiator fluid due to a leak from the pump shaft! All due to recall work!

Took my Dodge Nitro in for drive train vibration and they replaced the radiator fan costing over $1000. ( we were not having any cooling issues) The problem was worse than before so we took it back and a service tech drove it and stated it was brakes and gave an estimate over $2200 and would need the car for 5 days.
